• Claude Code
• Python 3.12 (3.11+ likely fine)
• An AWS account (only to publish — you can preview locally first)
• A folder of geotagged photos

LAUNCH IN ONE MOVE

1. Unzip the folder.
2. Open it in Claude Code.
3. Say:

"Read AGENT_START_HERE.md and help me launch MY_CITY_IN_FLUX."

The agent inspects your machine, asks four questions (city name, your name, photo folder, local-only or AWS), installs dependencies, generates a sample project you can preview in your browser, and — when you're ready — guides the AWS deploy. It never asks you to paste secrets into chat.
